Head Coach / Asst. Coach
Storm Dance is looking to hire a Head Coach and/or Assistant Coach for our new Junior All-Star Team.
​IMPORTANT: The Junior Team will only be formed if there are at least 8 dancers.

The Junior All-Star Team is designed to be a high-energy, high-expectation environment that builds strong dancers and even stronger teammates - preparing dancers for higher-level choreography, competition readiness, and potential future placement on the Senior All-Star Team.
Head Coach – Junior All-Star Dance Team
Part-Time / Seasonal
Practice Schedule: Tuesdays, 5:00–8:00 PM
Age Group: 7th–11th Grade
Location: Oklahoma City metro
Season: 2026–2027, June-March
Reports to: Program Director
Competition Travel Required

Role Overview
The Head Coach leads the Junior All-Star program for dancers in 7th–11th grade, building a competitive team focused on strong fundamentals, performance quality, and a positive, high-accountability culture.
This coach is responsible for practice planning, dancer development, choreography/cleaning oversight, and competition readiness - while partnering closely with program leadership to ensure the Junior team aligns with overall program standards and goals.

Role Overview
The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in training, developing, and managing a competitive Junior All-Star dance team for dancers in 7th–11th grade.
This coach is not required to attend every practice, but will play a key role in elevating technique and supporting dancer development. Their primary focus will be targeted skill-building along with individualized corrections and progressions to help each dancer grow safely and confidently over the season. They may attend select practices as needed to reinforce fundamentals and support the team’s long-term improvement.
